I'm working a short sale with Saxon Mortgage and despite all the negative information about Saxon- I'm finding them very easy to work with. I'm receiving a call backs on the same day that I have left a message for the negotiater. Don't get me wrong I have to be persistant but once you have the negotiaters direct line & fax it's alot easier to make contact on a regular basis. Like most short sales, I have spent alot of time on this short sale and we are close to reaching common ground. Which is a win win situation for the seller, sellers lender & buyer.
